Mr. Kossar has worked for 20 years in corporate and entrepreneurial roles in multiple industries including real estate, finance, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and military planning. He has co-founded several companies in real estate, including investment funds, real estate finance, real estate brokerage. appraisal management and private money lending. He also an experience business consultant, founding First Principles Advisory Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm in the biopharma business serving over 50 clients including big pharmaceutical firms, venture capitalists and their portfolio companies, government agencies and top universities in the US and Canada. Prior to establishing First Principles Advisory Group in 2009, Mitch was a management consultant at Mars and Company, and a serial entrepreneur. Mr. Kossar has a CFA, an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Dartmouth College in engineering an economics
