Investor Cash Flow
RTC’s Investor Cash Flow Loan program provides investors financing options for income properties. Even if they can't qualify for a bank loan, they can get relatively good rates to hold income producing real estate. This product is also known as a “DSCR loan” (debt service coverage ratio).

- Loan terms of up to 30 years.
- Various Property types supported including single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, apartments and mixed-use. Other properties on a case-by case basis.
- Interest rates are lower than for typical private loans.
- The loans are amortized or partially amortized so the borrower is paying down principal.
- RTC requires significantly less documentation for loan approval than traditional lenders and the loans are easier to qualify for.
- Tax returns and employment information is not required.
