Red Tower Capital’s Fix & Flip Loan Program provides experienced fix & flip developers and investors quick and reliable financing for fix & flip opportunities.
The main requirement is that the borrower have recent flipping (or real estate ownership) experience.
Underwriting is targeting 3 transactions in the past 24 months, but exceptions can be made.
- Terms of 12, 18 and 24 months.
- Interest only.
- Property Types: Single Family Homes, Duplexes, Triplexes and Fourplexes, 5-9+ units, Mixed-use, etc.
- Up to 85% of purchase price.
- Up to 100% of rehab costs.
- Usually up to 65% of After Repair Value (ARV). 70% by exception.
- Significantly less documentation for loan approval than traditional lenders including banks and credit unions.
