Red Tower Capital’s Rehab Loan Program provides experienced real estate investors and developers with fast, reliable financing for property rehabilitation projects.
The primary requirement is that the borrower has recent experience with property rehabilitation (or real estate ownership).
Underwriting is targeting 3 documentable transactions in the past 36 months, but exceptions can be made.
Advantages:
