Borrowers should have documentable construction and/or heavy rehab experience.

Perfect for seasoned construction-oriented borrowers looking to capitalize on a new project and not be bothered by the time and trouble associated with bank financing.
A fix & flip project that is really a heavy rehab.
Can use this program for property purchases and construction costs or just ground up construction.
