Spencer Terrien

Mr. Terrien is deeply embedded in operations for Red Tower Capital, working directly with brokers and clients to help them unlock the capital they need to succeed. Spencer also assists in business development with Solomon Gorlick and John Lowman structuring residential and commercial related loans.

Prior to joining Red Tower Capital, Spencer scaled a startup balance sheet lender working directly with the CEO in operations, sales, and servicing. With over 6 years of experience specifically in private lending, Spencer has worked for several lenders in the greater San Francisco bay area and Los Angeles. Before private lending, Spencer was involved with commercial SBA 504 financing at a CDC in Oakland helping small businesses acquire the building of their choice.

Spencer attained a B.A. from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga with a concentration in Finance. In his downtime, Spencer enjoys playing lacrosse, hiking, biking, and pickleball. Spencer holds an active real estate salesperson license and is a licensed public notary.
