Red Tower Capital’s DSCR loan program allows real estate investors to secure financing based on the rental income of a property rather than the borrower's personal income.

What is a DSCR Loan?

DSCR refers to debt service coverage ratio. A DSCR loan is a type of non-QM loan that allows real estate investors to qualify for a mortgage based on their property’s cash flow instead of their personal income. The DSCR is calculated by taking the property’s revenue or net operating income (NOI) and dividing it by its total debt service.
